Shipping and Delivery

Shipping within the country:

Shipping expenses include the costs related to handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation of goods.

Domestic basic delivery has a starting price of $5.99, and the companies we work with during the checkout process determine the costs for all other shipping options.

Global transportation of goods across borders:

The minimum cost for international shipping is $35.00.

The minimum cost for shipping to Canada is $15.00.

Kindly be aware that Mujer de Conocimiento is not responsible for any additional international duty or tariff charges that may arise during the shipment of a package overseas. The fee is the obligation of the buyer and/or the receiver.

Processing of orders

Processing of orders may require a time frame of 2-3 business days not including weekends and/or holidays.

During periods of increased demand, particularly during holidays, please anticipate a processing time of up to 5 business days for your purchase.

Orders placed before 12pm (noon) US Pacific Time on business days will be processed and shipped within a day, as long as there are no pending order issues awaiting your response. We strive to complete this task to the best of our ability. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be handled within the following 1-3 business days. (Please be aware that orders are not handled or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or US national holidays.)

The majority of orders are promptly processed and prepared for shipping within a span of 3 business days, while certain purchases may require more time. The duration of delivery is dependent or conditional upon the proximity of the destination. The tracking details will be updated accordingly when your order approaches its final destination.

Typically, the majority of packages will arrive within a time frame of 5-10 business days once your order has been processed.

Although we will make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order, CoreaSofi, DBA Mujer de Conocimiento cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, service disruptions, government shutdowns, or any other situations that require us to take a moment to breathe and be safe.

Shipment Status

Upon the dispatch of your order, you will be sent an email notification. The package will come with tracking information that allows you to monitor its delivery progress. If you have not received this message from us, kindly utilize the form provided below to get the current status of your order.

Occasionally, packages may be labeled as delivered as early as 36 hours before they really arrive. After a duration of 36 hours, we recommend initiating an inquiry with the delivery service.

Loss risk

Every item you buy from the Mujer de Conocimiento website is shipped and delivered to you by a third-party carrier who is neither associated with nor under the authority of Mujer de Conocimiento. When Mujer de Conocimiento sends the products to the carrier, you become the owner of the items you have ordered on the website and assume all risk of loss.

For all orders, we strongly advise adding route packing protection (found at checkout) to make sure you are covered in case any products are misplaced, stolen, or destroyed.
